This place is on our first number because it was built-in 1998 and it was the first Climbing rock Gym in Ohio with a professionally designed structure.
This rock climbing gym is a family-owned business and it has a perfect combination of textured plywood & “natural” rock surfaces.
However, in 2019, they made some changes to the walls, and they resurfaced by the ReFresh team. You will find a fun gym along with a relaxing atmosphere to practice climbing.
Kendall Cliffs Climbing Gym is the perfect place for birthday parties. The management will always make sure to provide the party area with clean and a proper setup.
Also, the prices are reasonable and you will surely have an amazing time. We would highly recommend Kendall Cliffs Climbing Gym to experience something new.

This was the perfect place for my sons 8th birthday party. Connor worked our party and was wonderful. He made sure the party area was clean and allowed me plenty of time to set up. Orientation with the boys was smooth and he was patient when getting them their climbing gear. The price was reasonable and we had an amazing time. The gym also has some unique features, such as the top-out wall and the roof climbing area that is only 3 feet off the mats. The uniqueness and creativity alone make this gym worth checking out.
Such a cool environment and fresh setup will make you not leave the place. However, another new feature in Climb Cleveland is they further added a whole nother climbing floor.
The place is very nice, chill, and friendly. In bouldering, they don’t put many ropes, belaying, harnesses, anchors, or carabiners so basically, this one isn’t as complicated as taller climbing.
Furthermore, they have a session full of yoga techniques where they use strong words like athletic, focused, and powerful to describe climbing and its uses in yoga classes.

Not very large, and definitely not a building meant for a climbing gym but they really take advantage of their space and the route setting is creative. They also have some unique spots like a top-out wall to reach the floor above you and an area of roof climbing that’s only about 3 ft off the mats. Shaker Rocks is on the third number in our list of places for the best rock climbing in Cleveland. In the Cleveland area, though, this is the best overall good gym.
It looks clean and well-maintained. The staff and the management all are good and very co-operative at the time of need, especially when there are special events like birthday parties etc.
However, Shaker Rocks offers lots of climbing options like speed climbing to double up your climbing experience. It is a nice place for beginners who are learning or practicing climbing activities.
We recommend this place as it has a bunch of all sorts of climbing including belaying, bouldering, and top rope. They also have a little gym with various workout equipment.
The place is awesome. There are so many walls to choose from, from beginner to advanced! You can also play boulders, which are also really fun! Additionally, they have exercise equipment and other stuff besides rock climbing.

This place is super cool! They have a TON of walls, from beginner to advanced! There’s also boulders which are also super fun! They also don’t just have rock climbing, they have exercise equipment and other stuff! The people there are SUPER nice, and one of the guys working there even taught me how to tie a belay knot! Great place to visit, experience and learn some new ninja skills. The place is super cool for climbing a rock wall or even trying a ropes course and much more.
A great indoor rock climbing place for kids and adults to enjoy their time with friends and family. This place comes under the best club names for ninja skills, climbing walls, and rope courses.
Adrenaline Monkey has a bar with lots of special drinks upstairs. Lots of party rooms are available for rental along with a half-court basketball area.
The staff and management team all are extremely helpful and encouraging. Develop your hand-eye coordination, timing, and reflexes, and continue to push your imagination’s boundaries.

This place is freakin’ awesome! My 6yr old and 8yr old loved being ninjas and making their way on the overhead obstacles, or climbing the many walls and challenging themselves. I got invited to try this for a mom’s night out and I’m so happy I went. The staff members were extremely helpful and encouraging. It was a fun, adrenaline rush experience! The only downside was the bar wasn’t open, so we couldn’t grab a drink as we had originally planned. I would for sure come back [and I hope the bar is open next time 🙂

My 7 year old daughter and I are OBSESSED with Play: CLE!!! We went for the first time 2 years ago and loved it, but this time she was big enough for a harness so we did a lot of climbing and faced our fear of heights. We both made it to the top of the steep circle steps for the first time and felt so proud! I cannot wait for our next visit! We live in Indiana but if we were closer we would be going regularly! Would be a great place for a birthday party!
